ABOUT THE RANGE

Sunderland Golf Centre is the place to be…

Whether you are a total beginner, advanced player, in a group, with family or just want a fun day out,

our friendly staff members will be available to help you and assist with any enquiries you may have.

The Range consists of 42 undercover and floodlit bays. Perfect all year round, no matter what the weather.

In order to improve all aspects of your game or just for fun, the range has realistic targets,

greens & chipping nets.

We have private tuition bays for interactive coaching sessions, as well as dedicated left hand bays.

Sunderland Golf Centre is easily located on Newcastle Road, Sunderland, with free car parking on site.

We are a 10 minute drive from the City Centre, the A19 and walking distance from Seaburn Metro Station.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any public toilets at the range.

Why not make your trip to Sunderland Golf Centre a day out?

We have hot & cold drink machines in our reception area and a Miller & Carter Restaurant located next door. For all your golf supplies, why not take a look around the

Golf Store which is on site. We have everything you need to help improve your golf.

All ages are welcome to the range, although under 16’s MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Meet the Owner - Chris Pope

Chris acquired the range in July 2011 and immediately set about

the task of creating a golf centre where golfers and non golfers

of all ages, abilities and experience can practise every aspect

of their golfing skills.

Chris brings his business experience to Sunderland Golf Centre

after a career in banking, corporate finance and his own business consultancy Chris wants Sunderland Golf Centre to be

THE place to golf. Part of that plan is to bring the finest coaches into the facility and in particular to help develop young talent.
